No guarantee of eligibility or savings
Service availability, pricing, underwriting, implementation timing, payment-processing approval, insurance availability and potential savings depend on the business, selected services and applicable third-party requirements. No outcome is guaranteed unless stated in a signed agreement.
Lifetime Price Lock Guarantee
Konectd’s Lifetime Price Lock Guarantee protects the agreed rates or pricing structure for the applicable services while the client remains eligible and in good standing. Total charges may change when the scope changes, including employee count, payroll frequency, transaction volume, locations, selected services, regulatory requirements, taxes or pass-through costs. Pricing does not increase merely because another calendar year has passed.
White-glove onboarding
Standard payroll onboarding is included at no additional onboarding cost. Konectd coordinates available report pulls, historical-data transfer, configuration, validation, testing and launch. Custom integrations, unusual remediation work or third-party charges, when applicable, will be disclosed before they are incurred.
Partner and white-label programs
White-label, co-branded and referral arrangements are governed by a separate written partner agreement. Program scope, branding, client ownership, responsibilities and compensation vary by arrangement.
Intellectual property
Website text, design, branding and original materials are owned by or licensed to Konectd and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Health and wellness benefits
Employee health, wellness, telemedicine, prescription and supplemental benefit programs may be provided or administered by Ignite Health and other third parties. Benefit descriptions on this website are summaries only. Eligibility, coverage, exclusions, tax treatment, savings, enrollment requirements and availability are governed by the applicable plan documents and provider terms. Konectd does not provide medical, legal or tax advice.
Third-party services
Some services are provided, underwritten, hosted or fulfilled by third parties. Their terms, privacy practices, eligibility rules and service agreements may apply.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konectd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from website use. The website is provided on an "as available" basis.
