Konectd may use an AI receptionist, chatbot, or similar technology to answer simple questions, collect basic information, assist with intake, and route requests.

Recording and transcription

Calls, chats, messages, or AI-assisted interactions may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or stored for quality, training, documentation, support, and operational purposes where permitted by law.

No automated approval decisions

AI tools are used for intake, routing, and support. They do not make binding decisions regarding payment approvals, underwriting, payroll services, financing, legal matters, or advisory recommendations.

Sensitive documents

Please do not submit sensitive financial, employee, banking, tax, legal, payroll, payment-processing, or confidential business documents through general forms or chat unless we specifically request them and provide an approved transfer method.
